Single Session – Jumpstart your weight loss transformation journey with a 90 minute single session Daryn will do an in depth analysis of your weight loss goals, food intake and lifestyle habits and give you a roadmap to achieve your weight loss goals.

Basic Package 

Four (4) 55 minute Sessions – one (1) per week for a month

  • We set weekly customized nutrition and wellness goals. 
  • We review and discuss weekly food choices and physical activities such as walking, exercising, and household chores.
  • We craft customized meal and menu options for you
  • We collaborate and develop unique strategies and suggestions for you that will help you to overcome your obstacles and achieve your goals. 
  • We answer your nutrition and food choice questions.

$150 per session

Budget Package

Four (4) Thirty Minute Sessions – one (1) per week for a month

  •  We review and discuss weight loss and wellness goals and obstacles. 
  • We provide recommendations to help you achieve your goals and overcome your obstacles. 
  • We create, review, and discuss weekly meal and menu choices and share customized options from which you can choose. 
  • We craft a weekly supermarket shopping list that reflects your unique preferences.
  • We discuss and provide recommendations for help with ancillary activities such as dining out, ordering in, cooking, supermarket shopping, etc. 
  • We provide you with assistance in understanding nutrition labels, portion sizing, healthy and unhealthy food ingredients and much more.
