Basic Package
Four (4) 55 minute Sessions – one (1) per week for a month
- We set weekly customized nutrition and wellness goals.
- We review and discuss weekly food choices and physical activities such as walking, exercising, and household chores.
- We craft customized meal and menu options for you
- We collaborate and develop unique strategies and suggestions for you that will help you to overcome your obstacles and achieve your goals.
- We answer your nutrition and food choice questions.
$150 per session
Budget Package
Four (4) Thirty Minute Sessions – one (1) per week for a month
- We review and discuss weight loss and wellness goals and obstacles.
- We provide recommendations to help you achieve your goals and overcome your obstacles.
- We create, review, and discuss weekly meal and menu choices and share customized options from which you can choose.
- We craft a weekly supermarket shopping list that reflects your unique preferences.
- We discuss and provide recommendations for help with ancillary activities such as dining out, ordering in, cooking, supermarket shopping, etc.
- We provide you with assistance in understanding nutrition labels, portion sizing, healthy and unhealthy food ingredients and much more.
